I'm ontime now for Valentines' Day iis not till this Saturday but I wish all our members and visitors a happy day.

Thanks. I won't be doing anything out of the ordinary.

We have a "library lovers" display at the library - with new books wrapped in nice paper - like a "blind date". There are some pics on my library facebook page fo r nyone who has it.

I won't be doing much either. It is just another day for me. I may have a small chocolate bar but that is about all special. After all it is a week away yet.

It's only a recent US import here LL ... just like celebrating Halloween (even more recent).

I think more young people are into it than people of my/our generation - hmmm sounds like a song title. Then again, I could be wrong, but most of my friends and work colleagues just treat it like anotther day.

I think that may be true here, too. More married folk (those in there 20s and 30s) are really into it. Sometimes Dad takes me and Mom out for dinner or a Pizza but otherwise just another day in my life.
